These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a binding legal agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and tg33 ("tg33", "the Platform", "we", "us", "our"). tg33 is an online sports betting and casino platform operated for the Bangladeshi market, accessible at https://tg33.io.

Providing false or misleading information during registration is a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure.

You are solely responsible for all activity conducted through your tg33 account. You must keep your login credentials confidential and must not share your username, password, or two-factor authentication codes with any third party. tg33 will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account caused by your failure to maintain credential security.

tg33 reserves the right to refuse account registration to any individual at its sole discretion, without being required to provide a reason for such refusal.

tg33 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process in accordance with standard compliance practices. All players are required to complete account verification before making their first withdrawal. tg33 may also request verification documents at any stage of the account lifecycle, including prior to processing any deposit or withdrawal deemed to require additional review.

Verification documents that may be requested include, but are not limited to:

• A valid government-issued photo identification document (National ID card, passport, or driving licence).
• Proof of residential address (utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence dated within the past three months).

The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. The maximum single deposit amount may vary by payment method and is displayed in the tg33 cashier at the time of transaction.

Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket are credited to the tg33 account balance immediately upon confirmation by the payment provider. Bank transfer deposits may take 1 to 3 business hours to credit during standard banking hours in Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6).

You may only deposit using payment methods that are registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. tg33 reserves the right to refuse any deposit and to return funds to the originating payment method if the source of funds cannot be verified as belonging to the registered account holder.

Withdrawal requests may be submitted at any time through the tg33 cashier. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals are processed exclusively to a payment method that has been verified as belonging to the registered account holder. tg33 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts or to payment methods not previously used for a deposit on the same account.

For fully verified accounts, tg33 targets the following processing timeframes: bKash, Nagad, and Rocket withdrawals are typically settled within 5 to 30 minutes of approval. Bank transfers are typically settled within 1 to 4 business hours during standard banking hours (BST). tg33 does not guarantee these timeframes and shall not be liable for delays caused by third-party payment providers, banking system outages, or events outside tg33's reasonable control.

Bonus funds are not directly withdrawable. Bonus funds must first be converted to real money through the satisfaction of applicable wagering requirements, as described in Section 8. Any real-money balance resulting from bonus play that meets the relevant wagering requirement becomes part of the withdrawable balance subject to the standard withdrawal process.

tg33 reserves the right to perform additional security and compliance checks on any withdrawal request. Where such checks are required, the processing timeframe may be extended. Players will be notified if their withdrawal is subject to an extended review period. tg33 will not process withdrawals from accounts that have not completed the KYC verification process described in Section 5.

tg33 offers a range of bonuses and promotional incentives to new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published on the corresponding promotion page at the time the bonus is claimed. In the event of any conflict between a promotion-specific term and these general Terms, the promotion-specific term shall take precedence for that bonus only.

Unless otherwise stated in the promotion-specific terms, the following general bonus conditions apply to all tg33 promotions:

• Each player is entitled to claim each welcome bonus or new-player promotion once only. Claiming the same promotion multiple times — whether through the same account or through multiple accounts — constitutes bonus abuse.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the validity period stated on the promotion. Bonus funds and any associated winnings that have not met the wagering requirement by the expiry date will be removed from the account balance without compensation.

• Bonuses are intended for recreational betting only. Strategies designed to exploit bonus structures — including but not limited to low-risk hedging, arbitrage betting, or coordinated play — constitute bonus abuse and will result in bonus forfeiture and potential account closure.
• Players who have requested self-exclusion are not eligible to receive or use any tg33 promotional offer during their exclusion period.

All bets placed on tg33 are subject to the specific rules of the relevant sport, event, or game type as published in the tg33 rules documentation. By placing a bet, you confirm that you have read and understood the applicable rules. In the event of a dispute, the tg33 rules documentation shall be the definitive reference.

tg33 reserves the right to void any bet placed in the following circumstances:

• The bet was placed after the relevant event or market had already concluded.
• The odds or lines at which the bet was accepted were the result of a technical error, data feed failure, or manifest pricing error.
• Evidence exists that the bet was placed as part of a coordinated scheme to exploit a pricing discrepancy or to defraud tg33.
• The event or market to which the bet relates is subsequently determined to have been subject to match-fixing or sporting integrity violations.
• The bet was placed by an account that is found to be in violation of these Terms.

For crash games including Slide and Fortune Snake, the result of each round is determined by a provably fair algorithm. The outcome of any completed round is final and cannot be disputed on the grounds of subjective player dissatisfaction with the result. Technical malfunction during a round will result in the round being voided and all stakes for that round being returned to players.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on tg33 and will result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balance, and where appropriate, reporting to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account, or assisting another person in registering a duplicate account.
• Providing false, incomplete, or misleading information during registration, verification, or any other interaction with tg33.
• Using automated software, bots, scrapers, or any technical means to place bets, access account features, or extract data from tg33 systems.
• Engaging in or facilitating collusion with other players, including coordinating bets to guarantee outcomes across multiple accounts.
• Using the tg33 platform in connection with money laundering, fraud, identity theft, or any other criminal activity.
• Exploiting software bugs, technical errors, or system vulnerabilities — any such vulnerability must be reported to tg33 support immediately.
• Accessing tg33 while subject to a self-exclusion order or a tg33-imposed account restriction.
• Charging back a deposit or initiating a fraudulent payment dispute after funds have been used for betting activity.

• Changes to laws or regulations that affect the availability of tg33 services in a given jurisdiction.

In all cases where tg33 is found to be liable, tg33's total aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount deposited by the player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the liability claim.
